Finance Analyst (P2P) - Part Time

As a member of the P2P Project Team within GFO, you’ll play a key role in the delivery of both the operational and strategic objectives of the department, incorporating the following project related tasks: 

What you’ll do:

• Acting as the GFO point of contact in a joint initiative between GPO & Enterprise Procurement to support a 1-stop shop for Source to Pay (S2P) related knowledge-based articles and policies, procedures, and forms to create a seamless S2P user experience. 

• Inputting into design meetings and fortnightly sprints 

• Preparation of material to be used in P2P Roadshows, for the deliver of training and support to specific business areas, addressing their particular challenges  

• Drawing on extensive stakeholder network to gather and validate data for inclusion in both of the above  

• Manage the allocation of transactions to individual Citicards within the T&E environment 

• Participating in related ad hoc project activities as directed in line with business requirements 

What you’ll bring:

• P2P financial experience with a strong understanding of the Accounts Payable processes including the requirements of CSAP 

• Experience of working in a project environment using agile methodology 

• Strong networking skills with the ability to explain processes and articulate ideas clearly to all stakeholders 

• Excellent attention to detail
