“As Insight and Engagement Controller, you’ll be leading a fast paced and dynamic workstream, supported by a highly specialised team of analysts, spanning the CSG estate” – Head of Incentives
What you’ll do:
- Work closely with the operation to gather requirements for new incentive schemes and deliver creative solutions
- Own the Incentive engagement plan, bringing innovative ways to communicate incentive changes and updates
- Deliver meaningful insight into incentive performance through regular incentive governance with Ops Directors and HOSOs
- Maintain close relationships with key stakeholders across the business, keeping close to any changes that might impact on incentive schemes
What you’ll bring:
- You’ll have strong leadership and management experience, and bring excellent decision making and prioritisation skills
- You’ll be passionate about communicating with stakeholders at all levels, able to inform, influence and challenge confidently with conviction
- You’ll have strong planning and project management skills, able to keep the programme of incentive change on track, as well as on budget
- You’ll pro-actively manage your workload and that of your team, agreeing headline priorities with the Incentive Reporting Controller
- You’ll have strong technical skills (Microsoft suite) and bring a commercial acumen and creativity to explore new generate positive performance through incentive schemes
