Internal Commmunication Executive - Business Partnering

What you'll do:

• Be an active member of the Internal Comms Business Partnering team delivering communications and events bringing to life Sky’s priorities across Technology, Product, and Data.
• Support with delivering and publishing comms across a range of channels, including our intranet, employee social network Viva Engage, and company newsletters.
• Comfortable working across all media formats, including video, written and social.
• Build strong relationships with Group Technology, Global Product, Data and Internal Comms teams
• Support and administer activity maintaining key processes and documentation.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives, using metrics and feedback to continuously improve strategies and engagement levels.

What you’ll bring:

• Understanding of Internal Communications subject areas with demonstrable experience across planning, delivery, events, activations, change management and digital engagement.
• Excellent writing skill and proofreading, with the ability to craft messages in an accurate and engaging way.
• Someone who understands complex audiences and how to engage them.
• Ability to work cross-departmentally with strong relationship building skills.
• Basic Photoshop and video editing skills desirable.
• Operational and administrative skills and interest to support the smooth running of the work and department.
