Marketing Manager Sky Broadband

This a unique opportunity to join the award-winning Sky Ireland marketing team. This fast-paced department is responsible for developing marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, consideration, and demand for Sky Broadband.

This role would suit someone with experience in both brand and direct response advertising, and commercial savviness. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in the office.

What you'll do:

• Manage the Sky Broadband creative strategy, across all routes to market, (TV, radio, social, online, retail, email) driving innovative creative solutions & delivering campaigns that increase engagement and support driving sales for Sky.
• Lead the creative delivery of Sky Broadband marketing campaigns across brand and trading comms, with creative excellence.
• Responsible for writing creative briefs, managing creative process end to end with creative agencies through to campaign implementation, internal approvals and delivery.
• Develop positive relationships with our creative agencies and UK marketing teams, working collaboratively as extended part of the team.
• Responsible for day-to-day management of campaign deliverables, ensuring they are delivered on brief, time and within budget.
• Cross collaboration with other internal departments – legal, commercial, product, PR & insights.
• Work collaboratively with other marketing managers within team to ensure brand and tonal consistency remains across all Sky campaigns.
• Support the commercial team to achieve sales targets and performance metrics.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive marketing experience with proven ability to analysis insights, brief creative agencies, manage creative process end to end to deliver ATL campaigns.
• Be a collaborative, highly creative person, with strong creative eye & who has a passion for campaigns.
• You’ll also need to have experience in working in a fast-paced team
• Excellent communicator with outstanding attention to detail, alongside being highly organised to manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong stakeholder management skills. You’ll be working with internal and external agencies as well as cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, so the ability to build and maintain relationships, confidently manage upwards, negotiate and provide clear feedback is crucial.
• Experience working in a fast-paced team, with business and commercial acumen.

We have overall responsibility for brand strategy, acquisition and trading campaigns, and digital strategy. From Brand and TV & Broadband (including product), to Digital and NOW, we ensure our products, content and experiences are expertly communicated to our customers.

Our striking Ireland HQ has an A-list location on Burlington Road, walking distance from central Dublin. Grand Canal Dock and Pearse train stations are both around 1.5km away, and we’re a short stroll from the buses of Baggot Street, Leeson Street and Waterloo Road. There’s plenty of parking for cyclists and drivers, too!
