As a Systems Analyst in the Finance Systems User Support Team within Global Finance Operations (GFO), you’ll provide support to our business partners in Sky Europe (UKI, Germany, Italy) to maintain a well-controlled and efficient environment in our finance systems

.

What you’ll do:

As an Operational Compliance Analyst, you will have a passion for doing the right thing for our customers and an eye for detail. You’ll be responsible for interpreting regulation and legal guidance, and you’ll be working closely with colleagues in the wider Compliance team, the Legal team, and our wider business to support front line services. You will need to build strong working relationships across the businesses and be at the heart of ensuring we remain compliant.

What you’ll bring:

  • Knowledge of a regulated industry such as telecoms, utilities, or financial services with a keen interest in compliance and the ability to review, interpret and clearly/confidently communicate new and complex information simply
  • Able to work across multiple workstreams and projects at once with the ability to prioritise own workload against competing deadlines
  • Ability to provide clear advice to help and support the business to achieve their objectives while also doing the right thing for Sky and its customers.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels as well as being able to act on own initiative.
  • Ability to Interpret detailed business documentation, identifying and highlighting compliance risks to business partners, taking this to the next level by delivering insightful compliance recommendations
