As the Product Analyst, you will work in an agile environment driving and supporting delivery throughout the software development lifecycle.  

What you'll do:  

• Deliver exciting, customer-centric experiences, working with various stakeholders to turn current user/business issues into deliverable valuable solutions.  

• Actively engage with stakeholders and programme teams to shape and scope upcoming projects and small changes. 

• Challenge and ultimately champion the user value and business benefits, ensuring these are met throughout the lifecycle of projects allocated to you​. 

• Work closely with Software Engineers, UX designer and Solution Architects to agree optimal solutions to business problems.  

• Own the requirements through the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including supporting test, defect triage, business readiness, the delivery of business demos and products within their warranty period​. 

• Enable Scrum teams by providing clearly defined scope and business objectives, ensuring they are clearly understood to aid with prioritisation, estimation, and identification of themes/gaps. 

• Responsible for the creation and refinement of the product backlog, whereby you will participate in design discussions and agree acceptance criteria​. 

What you'll bring:  

• Excellent collaboration and facilitation skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships with business and technology stakeholders. 

• An agile mindset, with a strong drive for continuous improvement. 

• Exceptional communication skills that enable you to explain complex issues to different audiences, or to negotiate people round to your way of thinking. 

• An understanding of using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to deliver working software.  

• Experience in eliciting, documenting, analysing, validating, and managing requirements as part of the Requirements Engineering with the ability to tailor your approach based on the needs of the project.
