What you'll do

As the Product Success Manager you will play a pivotal role in enhancing product delivery and team collaboration within the global product management team. Responsible for streamlining project intake, aligning technical deliveries, and serving as a key stakeholder liaison, this role drives strategic product success through effective vendor and procurement management, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvement in product adoption and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Vendor and Procurement Management: Oversee procurement forecasting, tracking, and onboarding, supporting Product Leads and Owners while resolving issues.

  • Project Intake & Roadmapping: Facilitate request intake to prioritize and align product development with strategic goals using Airtable, Jira, Asana and Confluence.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Drive stakeholder satisfaction through regular surveys, feedback loops, and proactive communication.

  • Technical Coordination: Coordinate work between product and technology teams to streamline delivery from intake to implementation.

  • Team Collaboration: Implement strategies to enhance team workflows and leverage data insights for product adoption.

  • Project Monitoring & Reporting: Track project milestones and outcomes to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Best Practice Adoption: Promote best practices in product management and client success across the team.

  • Continuous Improvement: Run delivery retrospectives and validate feature adoption to increase global product adoption.

What you'll bring

  • Proactive and Curious: desire to investigate, learn, share and advance our existing products, interests and possible opportunities.

  • Product Owner/Management Experience: past experience in the product management role as an analyst, owner or manager working with product and technology teams and with experience in work prioritisation and agile methodologies.

  • Project Management Skills: Proficiency in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, balancing competing priorities, and maintaining timelines and budgets. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum) is essential.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and derive insights that inform product decisions and strategies. Proficiency in tools for data analysis is essential. Advanced Excel knowledge also essential.

  • Stakeholder Management: Candidate must have an excellent and proven track record of having established successful business relationships with stakeholders. Evidence of influencing, engage with, and responding across all stakeholder levels with credibility.

  • Customer Success Orientation: A focus on customer success and experience, with a track record of leveraging stakeholder and customer feedback to drive product improvements and adoption.

  • Technical Acumen: Experience and understanding of the technical aspects related to product management and development. Software as a Service platform experience is essential (for example Salesforce, Ada, or Khoros).

  • Financial Acumen: Experience with vendor contracting, budgeting and spend forecasting is essential, making use of utilisation data and commercial and contractual understanding.

We’re the problem solvers who find smarter and simpler ways to connect customers to more of what they love.

You will join the Customer Management team that services all the current OTT propositions in the territories US, UK, Europe and Africa. We are responsible for the technology and platforms that are used to deliver assisted and unassisted service across these propositions that utilise the Global Streaming Product platform.
