What you'll do:
Work closely with the global departments across Product, Technology and our Customer Care teams to build journeys and capabilities that support the servicing of customers and needing support across these markets
You’ll lead a team of Product Owners and Analysts, owning the Global Digital Service vision, strategy and roadmap
Provide leadership on key strategic discussions and decisions that will shape how we support our business stakeholders globally.
Collaborate with our Product and Technology leaders to support strategy and prioritization recommendations and decisions
Lead the standardisation and simplification agenda in digital – working closely with in-market teams to deploying common frameworks, practices, and policies
You’ll work closely with your peers, to ensure the platforms you develop support local market regulation and are enabled by marketing technology to drive personalised customer journeys.
You’ll lead key pieces of work that will influence our product plans and the associated operating model, informed by understanding market trends, business value and customer outcomes
What you'll bring:
A proven track record of developing digital products in a fast paced and inclusive environment
Experience of working with and developing digital product solutions within a fast paced operational/ customer care environment
Proven track record influencing and working with decision makers to drive strategic decisions
Experience of having worked in a multi-market environment, and be confident in understanding and articulating the needs of different stakeholders, and leading cross-market groups to a consensus or recommendation
A passion for data, with experience using large-scale analytics and data to shape business decisions
You will have worked in an environment where smart personalisation of customer journeys was at the forefront of your work
You will bring experience of having enabled or operated an ongoing programme of experimentation
Demonstrable experience of having built effective and trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
Highly collaborative style and able to thrive in a team with experience of operating in a matrix structure, in fast paced organisations.
Proven experience of leading a team of creative product owners, carving our scalable strategies that benefit both the customer and the business.
You will have experience working with, implementing and optimising agile delivery methodologies
A passion for technology and innovation, keeping a keen eye on the wider market with the ability to identify innovative and effective solutions

Global Streaming Product – Customer Management
Our team is the core engine that creates streaming products which delight customers around the world, from sub-Saharan Africa to the streets of New York: we work closely with our design, technology, and business teams to create unforgettable experiences for our customers. We’re the problem solvers who find smarter and simpler ways to connect customers to more of what they love. We are currently building a Global Streaming Product team, who will steer our core global product to service the business needs of each proposition (Peacock, NOW, Sky Showtime and Showmax). As we move to a new era for our platform we seek to bring consistency in our customer’s service & compliance journeys, so that our Product team is able to execute standardised, repeatable integrations to reduce time to market and deliver support faster to our customers.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
