The Midmarket team is an extremely exciting and growing area within Sky Business. We are passionate about delivering better solutions to Midmarket businesses across the UK.

This is a new role. The Sales Operations Manager will sit within the Commercial Enablement team. The Commercial Enablement team are responsible for everything that enables and drives velocity through the sales pipeline. The role is dynamic and varied. The Sales Operations manager will be responsible for owning, developing and executing impactful solutions to transform end to end sales processes. You will be work with sales and various stakeholders to own the end to end development, documentation, training, deploying and enforcing of sales processes, procedures and tools. You will support any other activities necessary to ensure consistency and maximum efficiency across the sales organisation.


What you’ll do:

· Own end to end sales processes, starting from lead acquisition right through to customer quoting and ordering.

· Work with key stakeholders to optimise, refine, embed and maintain all sales processes.

· Conduct analysis and recommendations to identify trends and areas for improvement

· Own the implementation of continuous improvement strategies

· Work with stakeholders to ensure the team’s existing tools (CRM) allow them to work effectively

· Work with stakeholders to identify, recommend and roll out new tools effectively

· Represent and work as a liaison between sales, technology, marketing, propositions and operations teams


What you’ll bring:

· 7+ years of experience within either sales, business and/or operations

· Experience of working with a sales team

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills

· Experience of business tools and CRM (SF)

· A commercial mindset where all activity must make a direct impact on the top and bottom line.

· Self-motivated, with excellent people skills to interact with internal stakeholders

· You will be well organised and experienced in working with in a fast-paced organisation

· You will be adept at building and maintaining positive working relationships across the organisation.

· You will be a clear and concise communicator.

· Entrepreneurial, self-motivated high energy individual that enjoys fast paced culture.
