Senior Assistant Producer - Sky Sports Multisport (12month FTC)

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Assistant Producer in the Multi Sport Content team.  You will work as part of a wider team creating world-class content for some or all of the Multi Sport portfolio, including (but not limited to) Boxing, Netball, Darts, Rugby League and Tennis.

What you’ll do:

• Create high-quality content for all our platforms, including editorial features and creative pieces
• Work in the OB production trucks on our live OBs and in galleries at Sky
• Produce & direct multi-camera shoots
• Deliver programmes for various platforms
• Produce podcasts and oversee gallery only productions
• Desk-top editing
• Liaise with digital and social teams and Sky Sports News to promote content
• Work in a highly motivated production team and contribute to an inclusive and creative team culture

What you’ll bring:

• Experience of sport content and productions across a variety of platforms
• Multiple years experience in an Assistant Producer role previously
• A strong interest in and knowledge of sports in the Multi portfolio
• Proven knowledge and experience of producing high-quality multi-platform content
• Previous experience of working in live galleries and OB environment, with some VT coordinating experience
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, react quickly and meet tight deadlines in all environments
• Strong editorial and creative decision making
• Good script writing and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as liaising with producers, editors, and talent
