This role exists to deliver the in life experience for graduates, apprentices and interns from induction through to roll off. It is a part of the Early Careers Product team which works in an Agile way - which means, amongst other things, that collaboration and teamwork are very important to us. You’ll enjoy managing your day-to-day activities by picking up and leading on a variety of tasks. These may span across the remit of the team.

Team Overview:

Early Careers are the team who attract, hire, develop and support hundreds of graduates, interns  and apprentices every year as they start their careers at Sky.

What you’ll do:

  • Own in life programme delivery from induction to roll off for graduates, apprentices and interns.

  • Provide day-to-day support to cohorts and line managers, resolving queries quickly and effectively.

  • Hold regular cohort catch-ups and deliver 1:1 support and career coaching where required.

  • Communicate and manage early careers processes such as rotations, roll off, performance management and salary uplifts.

  • Support intern projects and run the intern feedback process.

  • Build strong partnerships with business champions across all functions.

  • Lead on initiatives that enhance retention, engagement and overall programme quality.

  • Contribute to communications strategy including cohort comms, stakeholder updates and engagement plans.

What you'll do:

  • Demonstrable experience delivering and supporting cohorts within one or more of the following: Early Careers programmes (including in‑life delivery), other cohort‑based talent programmes, or extensive coaching or mentoring experience.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence supporting senior leaders and external partners.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, support and guide others.

  • Proven experience in identifying improvements and working on continuous improvement projects, with an interest in agile ways of working.

  • Demonstrated ability in building strong relationships and creating great people experiences.

Osterley 

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
