What you'll do 

• Advanced programming skills, experience with application development, excellent troubleshooting skills, and enthusiasm for learning and implementing modern technologies and guiding the team.   

• Design and implement highly scalable services, applications, and APIs.  

• Develop, troubleshoot and maintain internal software tooling the supports leading streaming platform 

• Propose efficient data structures and design patterns.  

• Experiment with innovative technologies and mentor the team.  

• Write technical documents and participate in architecture sessions.  

What you'll bring 

• Excellent communication skills to work well across our teams.  

• Advanced knowledge of back-end languages, including Go, Node.js/TypeScript, Kotlin (optional) and SQL.  

• In-depth experience with AWS or any other similar cloud-based systems.  

• In-depth knowledge of front-end languages, including HTML5, CSS, and TypeScript  

• Eagerness to self-study and learn how to solve problems that arise from an incredible scale that only a few companies attain.  

• The question you will try to answer here is "Will this work for tens of millions of concurrent users?"

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
