What You'll Do

• Technical Support: Provide 1st & 2nd line technical support for finance-related queries submitted to the Group Workplace Finance Service Desk.
• User Administration: Perform user administration and offer general support for Sky's financial systems.
• Customer Service: Address queries promptly and professionally, maintaining a calm and customer-focused demeanour.
• Compliance: Adhere to Sky’s hybrid work policies, health and safety procedures, and contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace. 
   

What You'll Bring

• Language Skills: Proficiency in Italian, both written and spoken.
• Finance Background: Understanding of finance processes such as P2P (Procure to Pay), A2R (Accounting to Reporting), and O2C (Order to Cash).
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to overcoming challenges.
• Customer Experience: Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Support Desk Experience: Previous experience working on a support desk is advantageous.
