• Provide high availability, resilient and low latency microservices and to build distributed, fault tolerant systems for Sky’s Broadband, Voice and Mobile customer across the European regions Sky operates
• Experience dealing with RESTful API’s and experience working with GitLab.
• Good knowledge on Linux operating system & Cloud (AWS & GCP)
• Develop software to automatically test applications and services and to write and maintain documentation for all applications and services
• Take industry-standard open source technologies or from vendor, install and configure them and develop APIs for other applications to access them as a service

• Solid understanding and proficient coding in one of the following languages: Python, JavaScript/NodeJS, Go and ability to pick up another language as required and to perform software development.
• Strong knowledge of Shell scripts, Linux operating system with SQL and No-SQL databases
• Experience with dealing with RESTful API’s, GitLab and understanding of networks.
• Good understanding of networks, TCP and UDP & Protocols like NTP, DNS, Radius & Telco applications.
• Manage documentation in a clear and precise manner for implementation, testing and operational teams
