You will be part of a small Specialist HR team that delivers the coordination and documentation required for all change projects whether via redundancy consultation, non-redundancy consultation (e.g. shift changes). The team provide planning and project management support for TUPEs and acquisitions. The team take the People change plan and deliver this with the business area, supporting and advising managers throughout.
The team are responsible for preparing and providing financial illustrations, mutual agreements and access to redeployment support to anyone wishing to remain at Sky, arranging access to outplacement services which is currently provided by Right Management.
The team manage all leavers via redundancy or mutual agreements ensuring that the leavers process and payments are completed efficiently and accurately. The team support 40 to 50 change projects of varying size and complexity at any one time.
What you'll do:
Provide end to end support to business change projects from set up through to implementation. This includes supporting the planning process, participating in and sometimes leading weekly project calls, defining and delivering the requirements of the project and supporting with project related requests/queries.
Super user on all systems within People Services (Workday & Service Now)
Preparing updates for stakeholders as required on change projects/activities.
Support People Consultants, Project Leads, HR People Team and Line Managers with responses to standard FAQs.
Co-ordination of monthly payroll and auditing
Leading team initiatives/projects from inception through to delivery
What you'll bring:
Experience in an HR and or project environment.
Highly organised, ability to prioritise, plan your own work and work at pace whilst supporting multiple change projects.
An advocate of change and able to demonstrate through day-to-day Sky values
A team player with a desire to cross skill and a willingness to work flexibly across all team processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Enthusiastic and self-motivated with good verbal and written communication skills
