What you'll do

• Work closely with Engineering Teams to manage and lead technical projects/deliveries, communicating Engineering commitment levels, capacity and delivery plans

• Ensure governance structures and decision-making processes are met, reporting standards are accurate, audience appropriate and deadlines are met or mitigated.

• Provide updates on status, progress, escalated RAID items to the Technical Program Manager or Workstream Project Managers for incorporation into senior Stakeholder comms

• You will work with the team to ensure all the quality criteria, status, key milestones and progress are accurately tracked for deployment to customers has been met and coordinate the deployment of the features with relevant teams.

• Work to identify impediments support them in resolving these

• Contribute towards ways of working improvements

What you'll bring

• Solid understanding / execution with minimal guidance facilitating and managing the delivery of complex technology products by multiple global teams

• Proven experience of monitoring and tracking tasks, Risks, issues and dependencies to resolve blocked items

• Mastery use of tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet’s and Confluence.

• Ability to create, own and drive a project plan or roadmap through to conclusion, adjusting and communicating revisions as the project progresses 

• Skill at managing technical dependencies, managing risks, issues mitigation and escalation

• Demonstrated ability to actively participate in team meetings and contribute innovative problem-solving solutions

• Successful at representing the team function/platform/service, by translating and summarise technical details to suit the audience

• Practised continuous improvement across your team
