TV Marketing Lead - 12 month Fixed Term Contract

What you'll do:

• Lead on the quarterly and annual marketing strategy and planning for prospect marketing and work with Head of Department to contribute to annual planning.

• Ownership of end-to-end marketing execution for our flagship products – Sky Glass, Sky Stream and Sky Live.

• Lead on the media strategy and brief creative agencies on our campaigns ensuring objectives, critical metrics and timings are all adhered to, and teams fully understand the business ask. Full budget management ownership and campaign post analysis reporting.

• Build strong test and learn plans providing justification for your thinking.

• Have a resilient, can-do attitude being able to adapt to economic pressures and business mitigation plans.

• Lead and guide a team of brilliant and passionate marketing managers and graduates.

Team Overview

The TV Growth Marketing team is responsible for driving demand for many TV products & packs, ranging from Sky Glass, Sky Stream, Sky Live, Sky Q, Multiscreen, Sky Kids, Sky Go, Netflix and many more! Putting the customer at the heart, it’s our responsibility to ensure our customers make the most of their TV through our marketing and also driving desire for our products.
