As the UI/UX Designer, you will be tasked to help deliver a new experience for our customers on the NOW website. You will be critical to in bringing the customer experience to life, responsible for delivery of a complex project with exposure to multiple areas of the business. This is a great opportunity for someone with eCommerce design experience to work on a large strategic project, or an opportunity to try something new.

What you'll do

• Support, and work with, our in-house team to conceptualise, design and deliver a new site eCommerce experience for our new and existing customers on nowtv.com

• Translate concepts into final designs that lead to intuitive user experiences.

• Utilise existing UI templates to develop world-class landing pages that showcase and sell our content across our products that drive business goals.

• Work closely with the Merchandising team to QA designs as your designs are developed and prepared for launch.

• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.

• Comfortable artworking and producing creative assets for your designs – you will be integral to ensuring our content is brought to life within the experience.

Collaborate closely with eCommerce and Product teams to identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.

What you'll bring

• eCommerce design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing marketing landing pages within the eCommerce space.

• Lead by example by setting a benchmark for what great looks like by ensuring our experience look spectacular with confident, customer-led UI and UX decisions.

• An understanding and appreciation of what makes the perfect landing page utilising your experience and design best practices.

• An attention to detail – you love to sweat the small stuff.

• As well as being a collaborator and great communicator, you’ll also be comfortable working on your own, managing priorities and deliverables.

• An avid streamer – and knowledge – of the latest TV shows, movies and sport would be a plus.

• Experience of working within a fast-paced eCommerce team.

• Mac literate, with excellent working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
