Customer Growth are the heartbeat of Sky. We are responsible for the acquisition and retention of our TV, Broadband and Mobile customer base. So, you’ll work really closely with the product P&L’s to pull together a plan to hit the sales and retention targets, then execute these across our channelsAs a result, this role will allow you to rapidly build an internal network across Sky. What you'll do: 

  • Provide deeper analysis on historic performance with a bigger picture lens, highlighting customer behaviours and product trends to improve and deliver Loyalty Change Retain quarterly/yearly objectives. You will be able to explain drivers of performance succinctly and in a timely manner to senior stakeholders whilst getting senior stakeholders buy in 

  • Find innovate ways for us to drive performance across products by understanding levers to improve performance. Formulating end to end plans to achieve objectives using bigger picture analysis, working closely with Base Management, Trading Performance and Customer Service teams to deliver plans 

  • Own end to end initiatives for growth and improved P&L performance 

  • Provide quarterly wash ups of Trading Performance and frequently engage stakeholders of newly formed analysis 

  • Work on strategic projects where you seek to identify and size opportunities across products in your channel. Form recommendations and present to senior stakeholders 

  • Involved in the delivery and execution of new TV, Cinema/Sports, Broadband and Mobile propositions and size the opportunity  

  • Build positive relationships with stakeholders across the matrix based on collaboration, trust and delivery 

  • Identify reporting needs and build tableau dashboards for all levels of stakeholders to use 

What you'll bring: 

  • You will have strong analytical skills with previous analyst experience 

  • Are able to collect, interpret and use data to improve processes and develop insight for future strategies and recommendations 

  • You will be required to have sophisticated tableau and excel skills; ability to mine data sets to create reusable views and forecast modelling to build business cases. 

  • Credible communicator and able to present work to your Trading Lead and Head of Trading, with excellent presentation skills (written and verbal). Ability to link quantitative and qualitative inputs to create significant storytelling in PowerPoint with a clear layout that conveys a concise story. 

  • Dedicated and results driven mentality, able to continually critique and optimise performance with a positive mind-set in a high profile, pressurised environment 

  • Able to work across a matrix organisation with the product owners, trading functions and Customer Service delivery and support teams to ensure the Sky leadership team makes informed and timely trading decisions

Your office base: 

Osterley: 

We work in a hybrid way with 3 days in the office and 2 at home. With such a large campus, there is a huge buzz on the site along with a lot of face-face collaboration which is why we feel it is important for people to be spend a few days in the office then a couple of days at home. Within that there is a lot of flexibility as to when you start/end the day.  

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers. 

On campus, you’ll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed and even get pampered at our beauty salon.
