What you'll do:

As a member of the Mobile Risk Team within Sky Mobile, you will: 

  • Experience in preparing regular reports, insights, recommendations, and presentations on credit risk performance to senior stakeholder.  

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement having experience dealing with all levels of senior management with the ability to take and simplify a complex subject and able to tell a story. 

  • Experience working in Credit Risk and understanding of the Credit Lifecycle.  

  • Monitor and evaluate credit risk metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.  

  • Develop new and enhance existing reporting dashboards where necessary to match the changing needs of stakeholders and the business.  

  • Drive credit risk strategies to optimise commercial performance whilst maintaining acceptable risk levels.  

  • Conduct detailed analysis using large data sets, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.  

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, commercial, compliance, legal, operations and trading to align credit risk strategies with business objectives.  

  • Problem solver with ability to think outside the box 

  • Undertake ad hoc pieces projects identify (under or over) performance hotspots and issues. 

  • Create and own roadmaps for delivery of credit risk initiatives. 

  • Responsibility for the performance of our Manual Credit Referrals Team (MCR) ensuring they are aligned with credit risk goals and that they have everything required to succeed. 

  • Write process and policy documentation as required.  

  • Other ad hoc analysis and projects as required. 

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration or qualification in Credit Risk preferred.  

  • Proven experience in Credit Risk management with understanding of the credit lifecycle. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to multiple, varied stakeholders with the ability to convey a complex message to diverse range of audiences. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities effectively.  

  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and strong focus on continuous improvements.  

  • Resilient and able to adjust to changing objectives, targets and priorities.  

  • Understanding of credit risk modelling and methodologies preferred.  

  • Proficiency in data analysis, statistical tools, SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Office (Excel/ Word / PowerPoint etc..) preferred.
