Join us as an Assistant Store Manager in our Flagship Dundrum store where you’ll work within our Retail Operations team to inspire and lead your shop team to consistently provide a great experience for our customers, as well as achieving exceptional commercial results. You’ll have the support to aid your continued development to make an impact, pushing boundaries, creating solutions, hitting targets.

What you’ll do as a Retail Assistant Manager:

• Work 40 hours a week, this will include some weekends

• An engaging people leader who inspires their teams to achieve full potential

• Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for supporting your Advisors within your shop.

• Role model our values every day, placing our customers and colleagues at the heart of everything you do

• Achieving a balanced and consistent sales and customer experience performance across your area, focused on participation as well as deliverables.

• Taking ownership to maintain high business standards of the assets

What you’ll bring as Retail Assistant Manager:

• Experience within the Retail sector
• A track record of coaching / developing people to deliver against targets
• Understanding of commercial KPIs and driving performance
• A passion for delivering great customer service
• Excellent communication skills
