NOW Ireland

This a unique opportunity to join the NOW Ireland marketing team and work on iconic brands such as Sky Sports and our epic TV content like House of the Dragon and The Last of Us. If you love TV and sports, this role is for you.

The NOW marketing department is responsible for building brand awareness, understanding and demand for our range of memberships.   This person will work within the NOW Campaigns Team and will be responsible for the delivery of a variety of NOW campaigns across media and creative. 

This person should have a strong understanding of the Irish media landscape and be an expert in media planning across a variety of channels like AV, OOH, devices, partnerships and radio. They should also have strong attention to detail with a creative flare and an ability to work on multiple projects under pressure and to tight deadlines.
 


What you’ll do:

  • Develop, manage and implement TTL media and creative campaigns for NOW across Sports (Sky Sports, TNT and Premier Sports), Entertainment and Sky Cinema. 

  • Deliver new and innovative media plans that hit brand and sales objectives. 

  • Work with our media agency to make recommendations for media strategy & planning – have a keen understanding of target audience demographics & insights. 

  • Collaborate with media owners to deliver best in class partnerships. 

  • Lead creative delivery of through the line campaigns with our agency partners

  • Responsible for day-to-day management of campaign deliverables, ensuring they are delivered on brief, on time and within budget

  • Act as brand guardian for the team, ensuring brand codes and guidelines are adhered to

  • Collaborate with the wider NOW teams to ensure consistency across digital & customer channels.

  • Develop strong relationships with our creative and media agencies and UK / EU marketing teams, working collaboratively as an extended part of the team. 

What you’ll bring: 

  • Experience in media planning across all channels, with a big focus on traditional, ATL channels. Media agency experience is desired. 

  • Media strategy, planning and analysis experience. 

  • Experience in delivering creative campaigns from briefing to delivery.

  • Experience in a very fast moving, dynamic business environment, working to tight deadlines and prioritising workload. 

  • Strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a wider team, with natural leadership abilities. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills as internal & external relationships are key to the role. 

  • Attention to detail and impeccable organisational skills are crucial. 

  • Strong reporting and communication skills essential. 

  • An interest in sports, particularly Premier League would be of benefit
