This role takes overall ownership and accountability for the administration and coordination of People change processes. You will work closely with the Head of People Change and Head of Employment Legal who are responsible for the overall approach to People change and consultation.  This role is then responsible for the maintenance of the documentation and processes associated with the administration and coordination of people change.

What you’ll do:

  • Engage and motivate People change coordinators and administrators to achieve our SLA’s and goals.

  • Work alongside the Head of People Change to ensure seamless hand off from people consultants to coordinators.

  • Work with the Head of People Change to map and maintain end to end change processes.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate administrative processes.

  • Ensure compliance with all CRSA and audit controls.

  • Monitor and manage the quality of output from the People Change coordination team.

  • Work with the Head of People Change to forecast change activity and manage the resources of the team accordingly.

  • Use data and reporting to guide process improvements as well as driving performance and providing business and operational updates.

  • Coach and develop People Change coordinators.

  • Using your knowledge of our systems and processes, look for ways to improve our efficiency and service levels through increased automation or self-serve.

  • Ensure your own knowledge on policy, process, systems and legislation is thorough and current and drive this through the People Change coordination team.

  • Alongside the Head of Advice and Administration set and drive the strategic goals and standards for the people change coordination function

  • Build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships with the Head of People Change, People partnering teams and Employment legal as well as others.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience of leading a high performing HR Operational team.

  • Experience leading an operational function and delivery over and above a people leader (including resource management, continuous improvement and quality framework).

  • Ability to engage, motivate and inspire people to work towards a common goal.

  • Ability to manage customers and stakeholders at senior levels.

  • A track record in using data and analysis to drive performance.

  • Knowledge and experience of using process improvement tools and techniques.

  • Excellent knowledge of policies, process and employment legislation.
