Senior Campaigns Manager

What you’ll do: 

•Responsible for building and optimising campaigns on the customer campaigns roadmap.

•Work in collaboration with the Customer Communications Controller on our commercial verticals to assist the delivery of a busy calendar of trading and engagement activities.

• Support the Customer Communications Controller in the ongoing development & analysis of campaign effectiveness, identifying & implementing opportunities to improve processes & overall commercial performance.

• Work with the Analytics team to embed and productionise models for campaign targeting.

• Present complex data analysis to teams in a way that is clear and understandable and supports the overall commercial strategy, 

What you’ll bring: 

•Experience of using Adobe Campaign is a requirement, as well as an understanding of the importance of strict campaign set up processes.

•Experience of executing below the line marketing campaigns.

•Understanding of customer marketing data structures and principles, with knowledge of creating and optimising lifecycle programs and a consistent track record in data-based decision making.

•Familiarity with CRM reporting and test design.

•Exceptional attention to detail, flair for troubleshooting, focus on QA, process optimisation and adhering to brand guidelines.

•Highly organised - able to prioritise your team’s workload and progress multiple ambitious projects simultaneously.

•Strong communicator who is comfortable briefing Creatives, Analysts, and Developers.
